Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rezzoh website and services (the "Service"), operated by Rezzoh Hospitality Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rezzoh is a marketplace that connects diners, guests, and explorers with restaurants, bars, cafes, and experience operators (each a "Partner") in the Bow Valley. Rezzoh facilitates reservations and bookings but is not the provider of the underlying food, beverages, activities, or experiences.

You may need to create an account to make certain reservations. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when it changes.

When you book through Rezzoh, you enter an agreement with the Partner. Cancellation policies, no-show fees, deposits, and refund rules are set by each Partner and disclosed at the time of booking. Please review the specific terms shown for each reservation.

Payments and any deposits are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable amounts. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or gratuities that may apply.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Make speculative, false, or duplicate reservations.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes anyone's rights.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as reviews or feedback), and you grant Rezzoh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezzoh disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rezzoh is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services provided by Partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezzoh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Alberta.
